Levi Neuwirth 8073282803 CLAUDE.md: P13-S26's amendment 3 is landed, and there were four ... The tracks table said "amendment 3 open" and never mentioned amendment 4. Both landed on 2026-08-11, before P13-S29 was even ratified: amendment 3 ratified 7c8a30d and executed bff7be0, amendment 4 ratified a347a03 and executed 3fda93b. The contract's §8 and §9 have read "STATUS: LANDED by this commit." since. Found by checking the opener against the contract before scoping work it implied was outstanding. This is the hazard the file itself names two lines above the table -- an opener can lag the truth by several rungs, read the whole cell -- and here the opener was the thing lagging.
