Levi Neuwirth 85990298c4 Reconcile CLAUDE.md's green baseline after P13-S29 ... 43 suites / 1586 -> 44 / 1606, and the provenance sentence gains S29's entry: twenty net-new tests, the suite count moving with its one new file, crates/epiphany-core/tests/public_surface.rs. CLAUDE.md is not in P13-S29's touch table, so this is its own commit rather than a hunk inside the landing. It remains the single origin for both numbers; HANDOFF_2026-08-07.md already defers to it in all four places and restates nothing. The two-tracks table records P13-S29 LANDED (52fcf37), its amendment 1 ratified at 29ef3af and executed at e7bd12c.
