Appends a correction inside the S29 ledger row, before its terminal |: actual
resolution and landing were both 2026-08-12 — ratified cea21cd, amendment 1 at
29ef3af/e7bd12c, landed 52fcf37. The pinned "RESOLVED 2026-08-11" sentence
stands, because this ledger's status cells are appended to, never rewritten
(CLAUDE.md:12).
Nothing else moves. Pin 13 keeps its verbatim APPEND, annex §11.1 keeps the
deviation in the tense it was found, and gate 10 stays discharged — it is a
landing gate whose reconstruction was true of 52fcf37 and has no standing form.
§7.4 says so explicitly, because an executor re-running it would read the
failure as a defect and "repair" it by deleting the correction, restoring a date
everyone now knows is wrong.
B1 added row == trim(ORACLE) + " " + CORRECTION + " |", both oracles read
from RC 9cc2913; one removed and one added S29 row; CORRECTION exactly
once in spec/PASS13_CANDIDATES.md
B2 annex byte-identical to 52fcf37; contract prefix byte-identical to
52fcf37 with the remainder beginning the §7 separator; RC->LC contract
diff exactly one status line swapped and four marker lines added
