Prune stale README.*.md entries from .gitignore

README.profile.md, README.arcana.md, README.simd.md, README.icd.md,
README.neuropose.md never existed in the working tree. Cosmetic
cleanup; the credential-shaped patterns and content/drafts/ entries
are unaffected.
