Revision 6 after five pre-branch review rounds. Scope: M-x-style
compile.run with a streaming *compilation* buffer and error-regex
navigation; grep-mode as an upgrade of project.search; M-! shell
command. Shared machinery: streaming intercept-read-only output
buffer with a revision-guarded external-edit recovery protocol, and
a claim-based error-source dispatcher with diagnostics fallback.
Supervisor additions: stdin="null" and group=true pipe-mode spec
options — the latter a full lifecycle policy (process_group(0)
spawn, group-directed signals, liveness-probed TERM-to-KILL reap
ledger integrated into shutdown, bounded in-drain enforcement,
poll-based cancellable readers). Binding additions: buf:revision(),
jump_back buffer.after-switch parity.
